I absolutely HATE when the fuelers overfuel our aircraft. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's usually a pain.

For our little RJ's, even overfueling by 300 pounds can cause issues. Happened last week. We were right at weight limits, and they overfueled. We ended up having to pull someone off. Luckily (well, unluckily for him), it was a nonrev, and not a paying passenger.
