Priority Pass - American Express Platinum

Amex Platinum in Canada has just increased the annual fee by $300, but now includes unlimited lounge access with one free guest. On reviewing the Priority Pass website it includes United Clubs.

Has anyone brought there kids in with this membership. Will they charge $27 each for well behaved 8 and 12 year old when my wife and I enter on card?

Many Priority Pass lounges publish explicit policies with regard to children, such as no charge for those under age two. There may be places where children are not permitted. Go to prioritypass.com and use the lounge finder to check the lounges you plan to use.

You may find some lounges that decide to not follow the guidelines and not charge... but the T&C are pretty clear that most should be charged.

I was under the impression that United Clubs were no longer part of the PP program?

Apparently not for Canada. With how much they're paying, I'd hope it's included.

They are still part of the PP program, but no longer offer admittance to PP Select members. If one is a conventional PP member, one can continue to gain access to United Clubs.
