When do we thing TATL October-November fares will go on sale?

Sorry for the newbie-ish question from a non-newbie. I have just never been in a position where either 1) I had any options regarding WHEN to take a certain trip or 2) it was being paid for from my pocket, meaning I didn't really care!

I was thinking the sales would begin around now, but I guess it's still a little early, isn't it? More like mid-July to August-ish?

ETA: Ugh! Please pardon my horrible typo in the title.

BOS-TLV, completely open dates anytime OCT or November preferred. Even September is possible.

Likely dates are second half of Oct and anytime in Nov, though because of holidays in TLV prior to that. Rates aren't likely to be good until mid-Oct.

$11xx.

This is way higher than normal fall flight prices, but I can't for the life of me remember about when it is they start going down because it hasn't been something that's mattered to me much before.
