Lounge access

If you buy a day pass in SEA and fly to DFW is the pass good at both ports? And what is the best lounges that I can buy into at both?

Which airline are you flying?

FrogProf Mar 11, 2012 3:45 pm

From the AA day-pass FAQ"

Q: Is the pass is valid for connecting flights?

A: If you are traveling through different cities with lounges, you can use the day pass to access more than one room that day. If you are traveling overnight, the pass is also valid at the first point of arrival the next day. * Please note that due to restrictions on the airports themselves, may not have access to Admirals Club of Canada, Europe, Asia Central and South America located past the passport control.

I will be on VX. I know they do not have a lounge but I want to buy a pass for a good lounge that you do not need to be on their metal.

As FrogProf notes, if you choose to buy an AAdmirals Club day pass, which doesn't require you to be on AA, you can use it at both ends as long as you can physically get to the lounge. Delta is the same.

The old Continental day-passes used to be the same, too. I don't know how that has carried over since the system alignment a couple weeks ago.

ETA: The website is back up now and it appears the answer is no. Skip the United Club in this case.

None of them are that great. I really would save the money and buy a nice meal instead. My experience is based on Alaska Boardroom, United RCC and BA Terraces. No experience of Delta crown, BA first, Korean or Northwest.

I bought into the Skyguide deal so I get a refund on 12 lounge passes for the year. So I would like to go to the better lounges. It was a great deal for about $33.
