Anyone have experience with Nanny in the Clouds?

I just read about Nanny in the Clouds (a Google News search for the term yields articles <31 days old), a CA-based company which introduces travelling parents travelling with their children (not unaccompanied minors', I believe), to nannies who're flying the same itinerary and can nanny the kids during some portion of or all of a flight. Some articles, comments and commentary (especially at "Airplane Nannies: New Job Helps Parents Manage Kids On Planes") is lively.

I Googled "site:www.flyertalk.com 'nanny in the clouds'" and "site:boardingarea.com nanny in the clouds" and saw no results so I'm hoping my search is accurate. I'm surprised there's no thread here, yet, about it as the usual blogs like SmarterTravel.com gave it coverage already.

I ask here more to collect testimonials from our credible and knowledgible than to start a war over whether in-air nannies are appropriate.
