Which lounge for MIA and LAX?
 

Will shortly be passing through both MIA and LAX (on different days) with 4 hour plus layovers at each. As a Priority Pass holder I am able to access more than 1 lounge (particularly at LAX) - but which are the better ones at each airport? I will be flying into and out of MIA with AA and into LAX with AA and out with FJ. Any advice anyone?

I'm not sure about MIA, but at LAX you'll be restricted to the terminals that you're flying into/out of.

American is at Terminal 4 and Air Pacific is the Tom Bradley International terminal.

And while 5, 6, 7 and 8 are all connected airside, 4 isn't. The TBIT has a landside lounge (ReLAX) and the airside KE/Skyteam lounge - with limited hours.

Is 5 connected? It's been a long time since I've flown out of that terminal, but I thought it was just 6, 7, and 8.

At LAX the KAL lounge is pretty decent. It gets VERY crowded late around the time of the FJ departure, but it is a nice enough place. I've got some photos somewhere I've been meaning to post.

There is an underground (long) walkway, out connecting the piers.
