help needed with survey on airline charges

hey im a travel and tourism student, i was just wondering if you would be able to fill in my survey on airline charges its part of a research for a report i have to do. it only takes like 5 mins to fill in. it would be great if you could, heres the link :

Question 4: better explanation of term would help

You have created a good survey. However, it would be helpful if you expanded on what you mean by the term you use in question #4. I used question #5 to interpret question #4. Otherwise I would have been unsure of what you intended.
