72. Yep. I do not think that Air Wisconsin originally intended to operate the Dornier 328 propjet. However, back during this time, I believe United had apparently decided to replace United Express service operated by Mesa into Denver with a combination of UAEx code share flights flown by Air Wisconsin and Great Lakes. Air Wis was in need of additional equipment and Mountain Air Express (MAX), a Dornier 328 operator set up by Western Pacific for passenger feed, had ceased operations following the collapse of Western Pacific. And so, the former MAX Dornier 328 aircraft went to work with Air Wisconsin flying United Express service out of DEN.

77. um, Montauk is on the eastern end of Long Island, but you'd still fly FMY-JFK on a National Airlines Lockheed Electra ... the half-dozen stops were probably:
79. let's open the bidding with these seven:
and I'll just toss the number 28 out there for the total nonstop mainline jet weekday frequency
Incorrect - we are looking for a higher number of flights
80. Eastern and Northwest for sure, probably United as well
EA, NW and UA are correct - however, you have not identified the wide body aircraft types
- Tampa (TPA) Incorrect - TPA was served but not as the first stop
- Orlando (MCO) Incorrect
- Jacksonville (JAX) Correct!
- Norfolk (ORF) Incorrect
- Washington National (DCA) Incorrect - DCA was served but not as the fifth stop
- Philadelphia (PHL) Correct!
79. let's open the bidding with these seven:
- Alaska (AS) Incorrect
- Braniff (BN)
- Eastern (EA)
- Hughes Airwest (RW)
- Northwest (NW)
- United (UA)
- Western (WA)

77- the only possible stop between FMY and TPA would be Sarasota (SRQ), which (eliminating MCO and ORF, and with DCA being out of sequence) would perhaps give
EA L-1011
NW DC-10, 747
UA DC-10
- SRQ
- TPA
- JAX
- Richmond (RIC)
- DCA
- PHL
EA L-1011
NW DC-10, 747
UA DC-10

89. Indianapolis (IND) had nonstop service to two international destinations at this time. One route was daily service to Toronto (YYZ) flown by US Airways Express with a Saab 340. The other flight was operated twice a week with a jet. Identify this destination along with airline that flew the service as well as the equipment used on the route.

82. In the summer of 1983, only two airlines were operating Boeing 727 jet service into Hong Kong. One of these was an air carrier we recently discussed: Air Nauru (ON). Name the other airline and for bonus points identify the only nonstop route it operated into Hong Kong which was flown twice a week. And here's a hint: the capital city of this airline's home country were served on a one stop basis by this flight.
UK charter company Dan-Air helped Royal Nepal out operationally with the 727, which occasionally used to come back to the Dan-Air maintenance base at Lasham in the UK for major checks, while Dan-Air supplied a substitute 727, so I guess one of these turned up occasionally in Hong Kong, rather a long way from it's home beat plodding from Gatwick to Palma and back.

88. Two airlines were operating nonstop service between Albany, NY (ALB) and Orlando (MCO) in the fall of 1999. One daily round trip flight was operated by each air carrier. The same aircraft type was used by both airlines and both flights featured all coach service. Name both air carriers and identify the aircraft.
