The most remote destination you've been at...
...and the priceless reaction of the AC (or other) agents checking you in.
For me:
YEV/YZF - Feb. '12
EVN - '12
Also had an invitation to UUD, couldn't make it though.
Frequently it occurs that the agent forgets the code for YYC, lastly it was in TXL at the F check-in counters... ROFL!

I've spent lots of time in YZF.
Most remote was a 4 day split between YEV and YVQ. Not extreme remote...but it certainly felt like I was in the middle of nowhere.

Twice I've been in China while my family was in Argentina, exactly the antipodes: 20,000km away. We joked over the phone with my wife that we were literally "upside-down" with respect to each other
Regarding airports, outside of Canada no one knows YQR; and usually the words "Regina" and "Saskatchewan" don't really help

I guess that all depends on your definition of remote, which to me means a combination of being a long way from one's home base, and also in a place with rather primative facilities/surroundings.
I would say MOQ, while not the furthest distance I've ventured from home, it is still over 14,000 km straight line distance from my home base of YYZ, and it was definately on the primative side.

Easy answer for me. Lukla Airport (LUA). No agents, so no priceless looks from them.
This is what it looked like when I was there in the early 80s. It has since been paved.

Been to a few interesting places in the North... YGH, YXP, YFS plus others including a few of the bigger ones, YEV, YFB, YVQ, etc. Having lived in YZF, those aren't really that remote from that perspective.
Furthest from the minds of Canadians for me would be probably have been visits to KPB, SJJ, LJU and BUD.
