Regal Wings did a great job of finding an excellent business fare for me (SEA-AKL Jan-Mar 2012). Took 2d from 1st enquiry to confirmed booking w/ ANZ PNR (& qualifies for EQM). Bonnie is outstanding & quickly resolved every problem. Final price was exactly as quoted & much less than any Z fare sites offered me.
