How long do you let headboard banging go?

So it's about midnight. I am getting ready for bed. I turn off my TV (which was not on too loudly) ... and the en flagrante delecto headboard banging commences in the room next door.

Would you:

A) Sit there silently, hoping it would be over with quick?
B) Turn the TV back on (louder this time) until it subsided?
C) Complain to the Front Desk?
D) Knock on their door and say "Room Service"?

For what it's worth, I chose (B) and was rewarded with quiet again after about an HOUR.

Nice work if you can get it ...

(E) Call next door and ask if they know (hint hint) what "en flagrante delecto" is.

Start loudly cheering "Hump! Hump! Hump!"

The "hour" part stands out. I had a similar experience one time, but the next morning randomly left my room just as the noisemakers left theirs. They pretty much both blushed and got kind of sheepish without my saying anything. Of course, they were really *** really *** loud, so there wasn't much doubt that they knew what I heard.

Awkward times about 100.

An hour? I would have waited by the door in the morning and given them both a round of applause.

There are no limits.

I couldn't believe the stamina and endurance either.

He obviously went past the 25 and 50 mg and went straight for the 100mg.

I'd go with a general "loudly cheer them on".

D) Knock on their door and say "Housekeeping, I heard you might need some fresh sheets"
