Im travelling to the US for the first time,

I recently filled out my esta form but realised that i did not put my middle name does this matter?

My travel agent says the form needs to be exactly as on the passport but on the website it says first given name, and not to include your middle name

Your TA is wrong. My middle name doesn't appear on my ESTA (as you say, the website specifically tells you to omit it) and I've been in and out of the US many times without it ever being mentioned.

Yes, TA is wrong. I have not entered middle name on redoing my ESTA earlier this year and have been in and out of the US five times since.

The worst thing that could happen would be that they would make you fill out a new ESTA on the spot (an extra $14 down the drain and some light humiliation, but no biggie), but I'm certain US immigration will not have a problem with it.

Thanks everyone, I'm relaxed now, I'm off to Vegas can't wait anyone got any recomendations for me? I'm from the UK. Lucky I found this site! Never thought it would be so difficult to find out if its ok to leave my middle name off my esta altough it on my passport.
