Multi-leg flight scheduling help

We are traveling to Dublin and Brugge from Pittsburgh this Fall. Is there a site such as Orbitz or Travelocity that allows you to pick each leg of your flight indemendently rather than having to pick the whole trip that they offer? I am having difficulty getting the times we would prefer on all legs of the trip. Selecting times when you enter your data doesn't seem to make any difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can go to www.kayak.com, use the multi-city option, and select flights one leg at a time.

Yes. You can look at your favorite website as a series of one-ways. Either do a printout or write down options which make sense to you and then go back and book the thing as a RT or Multi-city depending on how it all works out.

One caution -- if you don't have experience, it's well worth the telephone booking fee to call your originating airline or the fee for a TA. Some third party sites create multiple itineraries. If you misconnect, you are nobody's responsibility but your own.
