Refund on DL/AF? Help.
 

I'mfinding it difficult to recieve a refund for a flight cancelled since over the Christmas period. The company I'm having this problem with is Delta Airlines and Air France. Who can I speak as I need that money ASAP for my wedding in 2 weeks time.

what have you done up to now?....did you book w/1 of the airlines?...if so talk to that al.....does the airline agree that you have a refund due? if so, post the al for info from someone who is familiar w/it...did you or the a/l cancel it...

any detail that you can remember might help w/ans...

just call the same place at which you canceled the ticket and requested the refund....i would expect you would talk to a refund dept after this length of time...or provide more detail...
