And I was aping a certain other poster in my response to vicarious_MR'er. I'm just not so good with using smilies to indicate ironic intent :)

The most ironic part of all this is that my last two posts or so were made while I sat here with my 9m old daughter sitting on lap yanking my hair, earrings, and everything else.... and it was a funny reminder of how much a person who didn't not give birth to her wouldn't want to put up with what she can dish out (and how I shouldn't expect that they would).
I gladly to put up with it, of course. She's my joy! |

Why helpless? You've been obsessed about how helpless the mother was yet she could have contacted the FA to either show that she bought the middle seat and thus silence the aisle passenger or she could have asked to be reseated. You ignore that so I'm wondering if you're the helpless one. |
