I don't understand. Are you talking about clubs / lounges AT airports?

No, not lounges, airports have special programms for travelers, who use their airport a lot. For example: http://www.sea-aeroportimilano.it/en...&to=sx_clubsea

Which airports have programms like this?

I've never heard of such a thing anywhere else.

The closest I can think of in the UK is the BAA WorldPoints scheme. If you spend money at the airport, you can get rewards ... not quite the same perks as airline loyalty schemes, but better than nothing!

That seems to make sense because you can choose to shop at the airport or elsewhere. An airport loyalty scheme doesn't make much sense to me because in most cities you don't have a bunch of airports to choose from.

ABE has a preferred parking program if you fly out of that airport 15 times in a calendar year.

http://www.lvia.org/parking/preferred_parking.html

Basically there are spaces reserved for preferred flyers that are slightly closer to the terminal. Regular parking rates applied.

LYS has Privilys. It gives priority parking, priority lane for security and access to an independent lounge.

Nice airport has .... something ..... as far as I have been able to figure, it may get you fast-track security, but it won't make security staff be any less grumpy. It also....again, as far as I can figure....will get you access to the one, generic lounge in the airport, to which pretty much any FF program, PP, and CC will give you access to as well.

In short, I am not sure what exactly the benefits are, although I have a card that I loyally slot into the machine each time I fly through there.

It is very interesting. But a city has just one or two airport. We don't have choice usually. They are not competitive.;)

Not a loyalty program as such but Sydney (australia) has an email list that sends out shopping vouchers each month.
