Parking at Buffalo
 

Hi:

Due to price difference, I will be flying out of Buffalo instead of Toronto for a month long trip. After much research on travel options to Buf, finally thinking of driving down there and leaving the car for a month. But any suggestions for parking? My flight out of Buf is in the evening and return trip reaches by noon. so I don't really need a stay-park-fly deal, but the price I am finding for stay-park-fly deals are way cheaper than just park-fly. May be I am missing something?

Nope, I use park and fly often for this very reason.

Safe travels

It depends how safe is the lot at the Hotel and being at the mercy of the hotel shuttle.

For less than oner week I just park at the airport. Over one week then it is park and fly, the coupon is all over the internet. These two lots are more secure than most hotel lots near BUF.

Thrifty vs Airport parking

I saw recommendation for Thrifty airport parking in a few other threads. Looking at http://www.thrifty.com/Local/Airport...cationCode=BUF, their charge for 30 days is more than the airport long term parking. Do they offer any discounts other than what is advertised? Any suggestions?

If that's is Thrifty's own lot then it is access controlled and secured enough for me. You can see if signing up for Thrifty's BlueChip Express service will give you a discount.
