Cheapest flight to anywhere
 

Is there a utility for this? Say you want to depart from a specific city, but don't care where you go, or what airline. For example, it's Friday you want to go away that night for the weekend, is there something that can show you the cheapest rate available to anywhere on any airline flying out of that city?

Well, the FlyerTalk fare search on FareCompare (http://www.farecompare.com/search/flyertalk) does show the lowest filed fares from whatever city you enter. It's a good resource.

Doesn't seem to bring me anything for flights neither originating in nor coming to North America.
