Has anyone used Welcome Pickups?
 

Looking for a late night pickup on Christmas day in Rome. Has anyone here used WelcomePickups before? Would you recommend their service again?

Not in Rome, but used them in Santorini. Nice ride and very professional. Online booking was pretty easy. I would use them again, but I would suspect different locations could have different service levels. Looks like Tripadvisor reviews are poor, so YMMV.

Yes, a few times in various cities and have always been satisfied. Usually not the cheapest, but a very professional service.

I just booked a pickup at one of the Paris train stations. Web site seemed OK but their Android app could use some help.

Did not see how to set up an account and when I emailed via the app it bounced back undelivered.

Anyone have a tip?
