I believe it is used for syncing. So the idea would be to create one just to use with App in the air for syncing. You wouldn't need to use it for anything else. Merely a suggestion.

I can't figure out the difference between the annual subscription and the lifetime license. I'm guessing they're both the same except the lifetime license is a one time purchase?
