One app to track all travel plans?

I travel about 40% of the time for work and still do not have a decent app that puts all flights, times, and hotels in one place automatically. The goal is to make sure every flight (and times) and hotel reservation is in the same place. But since I make some plan through corporate travel, and some through my own accounts (hotels, usually), there is no central feeder location.

I have every individual airline and hotel app known to man on my phone, but I have not yet found an app that successfully draws the info from all of these other apps and gets it onto my calendar. Sometimes my iphone does find something in an email and adds it to my calendar, other times not - I really don't know why some make it and some don't. I do use separate emails for various things but they are all on the phone.

Can anyone help with a recommendation before I miss a flight someday?

Thanks!

Take a look at TripCase.com and the Trip Case app.

Thanks. That one still requires that I fish out all of the email confirmations and email them to the app. Maybe that's my only choice but I'm hoping not as it's an extra step I don't want to deal with. I'd like it to somehow link to all of my airline apps and hotel apps and pull the information from them by itself. Too much to ask?

I'm not aware of any apps that do it automatically.

Tripcase is pretty easy. You just forward the confirmation emails as they come in and it finds the confirmation numbers in each email then uses that to compile the data.

This is exactly what TripIt is designed to do.

If you can direct all your email confirmations to the same Gmail account, you can have TripIt automatically add new reservations to your calendar.

It's not exactly the same as connecting it to all your apps, but it's close.

I use TripIt.

Anything I book through Concur automatically shows up there. Same company. No need to forward anything.

TripIt works on its own if you connect all of your emails to the account for it to scan for bookings.

I do have Tripit and my Concur stuff shows up there, but not the stuff I book directly (which I often like to do - usually the hotels).

You need to give TripIt access to your email address (where the direct booking confirmations are sent).
