Hi everyone,
could someone help me please
my flight with Ryanair was delayed for what I think was more than 3 hours
Flight FR 1023 From Dublin to Budapest on 31.05.2018.
We were given no explanation or reason for why this has happens.
Ryanair claim and I quote
"On behalf of Ryanair, we sincerely apologise for the delay of the flight the FR1023 from Dublin to Budapest on the 31/05/2018.
As the flight was delayed by less than 3 hours on arrival, no monetary compensation under Article 7 of EU261/2004 is due. The flight arrived with 175 minutes delay only, compared to the schedule departure time."
Can someone just please get me the info on the flight, with Boarding times, Gate departuring times, and Door opening times...or what ever way I can check this for sure.
Many thanks

Easyjet flight Stansted to Naples
My parents were recently sat board an Easyjet flight from Stansted to Naples for over 3 hours before it eventually departed. No food was given out (except nuts) as the crew claimed there was no food on board!!!
Anyway, I can see that the plane left 3hrs and 8 mins late, but I dont have a record of when the plane landed in Naples. I put in a claim with easyjet and they said that it landed only 2hrs and 58min late, but they are unwilling/unable to provide any evidence
Can anyone here please check for me?
Date: 5th June 2018
Flight: EZY3251
Many thanks

From FR24
DATE FROM TO AIRCRAFT FLIGHT TIME STD ATD STA STATUS
05 Jun 2018 London (STN) Naples (NAP) A319 (G-EZBU) 2:13 15:50 19:07 19:25 Landed 22:20
So landed at just under 3 hrs late - it may be possible to use 'doors open' time, but I don't have that info.

Condor flight delay information request
Hello,
New member here. I am looking for information on Condor flight 2402, Frankfurt to Toronto, with a scheduled departure time of 15:00 on June 1, 2018. The flight was delayed by just over three hours. The airplane was still rolling at 3 hours and 1 minute late, and the "fasten seat belt" sign was not turned off until 3 hours and 2 minutes late. The main door of the cabin was opened shortly after this time.
I would like to make a compensation claim, but I am wondering what official sources of information are available to me, which would support my claim? If a record of the time when the cabin door was opened exists, this would be the time that is applicable for the claim.
Is this the correct forum for this post? Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am completely new to this.
thanks!

historical data help, please
Hi everyone.
A great thread and full of wonderful tips.
Unfortunately, my flight is 14 months old and inside the EU - so no free historical data.
Can someone please confirm the following for me regarding June 7. 2017
My original flight was KL 1060 from CWL to AMS - was it indeed cancelled? (I was told to take a train to another airport)
Did the flight 4 hours before me take off on time? When did it arrive? KL1058
The airline claims adverse weather beyond their control. On a weather search it appears that the adverse weather was over at least 16 hours before my scheduled departure and the two KLM flights to AMS (before and after me) were not cancelled.
Many thanks!

Friends,
I'm quite embarrassed to say that after half a million flight miles, I made a rookie mistake while deplaning: I left my computer on a plane.
The flight was AF 1495 BUD-CDG on July 26 (there were some extenuating circumstances due to illness of a family member in flight that distracted me; nevertheless, it was my oversight and I have been kicking myself for this loss since the flight).
It was in the seat back pocket (I was in 10C).
I realized I had left it there five minutes after walking off the plane in Terminal 2F, but had already gone thru security door and couldn't go back to the plane.
I went to the SkyPriority help desk near baggage claim area and they phoned the flight (my French is bad, but I think they did).
We waited. They said it had not been recovered.
They instructed that I had to list the computer as lost on the AirFrance lost and found objects website (www.franceobjetstrouves.fr).
Of course, I did the listing and it still has not been located.
Problem is, the website--as far as I can tell--is only attempting to match with other objects lost at CDG. I'm wondering if my computer could have been found at the NEXT city of arrival? If I knew that city, I could search the listings of "found objects" at that airport and call them to inquire.
Can anyone tell me where the plane went after dropping us at CDG? I can't seem to pull that information from flightstats.com or flightview or flightaware or flightradar 4.
I know this is a super long shot, but given the important data on the machine, I'm trying everything that comes to mind.
Thanks.
(PS. it was a Surface Pro. A great machine. I loved it.)

Hi,
New user here. Let me know if I am breaking any of the forum rules. I recently got delayed on my flights from Manchester> Rhodes on the 28th July. Scheduled departure time was 1650 and i can't entirely remember when we arrived. It must be close to the 3 hour cut off for compensation. Would anyone be able to check how long it was delayed please?
Thanks in advance.
Joe
