The info in the OP is out of date.

Install the Chrome Extension

Guide can be found here

Also, use fake FF accounts. Not just for this tool but any of them that use your account info. I promise that I'm not stealing your credentials but if the extension gets stuck on a login loop, at least your real account won't be locked out.

AC doesn't work for me today and it looks like they may have changed their interface for award searches -- now you need to pick award type (return/one-way/multicity) first, then pick the airports, and only then do the dates show up for input. Debug mode shows it's stuck on that basic input page.

Hopefully, it should be a quick fix… it looks like it's mostly the search page that's been revamped, the results page looks the same so parsing should not be affected.

Thank you for this incredible tool! By far the easiest way to find award seats.

I am having trouble with Star Alliance award search. It is not working since a few days (new interface on the Aeroplan website), would this be a quick fix? Thanks.

NH seems stuck

It works perfectly a few days earlier.
However, it seems stuck now.
When I type in the route, date/class and selecting NH, it just searches the first day forever without moving.
Is it a problem on my end? (I tried to Mac powerbooks already)
How to fix this?
Thanks in advance.

I just installed this app and am ready to delete it. I go to settings and enter my credentials for SQ and click Save. Nothing happens. Relaunch app and SQ is greyed out? So this app is a scam? Will be deleting it soon if no solutions.

I'm amused at how you reached the conclusion that this must be a scam, rather than possibly a temporary glitch or bug

Is there a way to control the format of the date in the returned results?
Right now, when I'm running a AC search, the dates are displayed as MM/DD/YY
However, if I copy & paste the text in Excel, it gets formatted as YY/MM/DD, causing all kind of issues. Do you know if there's a way around this. I would like to be able to export the data in Excel, so I can use column filters for Aircraft type or flight numbers/times.

I think it's broken again (at least today), search is stuck at city pairs, wouldn't recognize YYZ or TPE or FCO from my saved search
I had to manually choose the correct city from dropdown in Debug mode, FOR EACH DAY (so 5 times for +5 day search)

Pretty sure it worked either yesterday or Monday

Getting the exact same issue. Using the debug mode, it looks like the autofill for the city pairs isn't working and causing the tool to freeze. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
