I'm confused. I used this to search for a flight from New York LaGuardia to Melbourne Intl, and it says there's a 20,000 point flight on Cathay Pacific (LGA-PIT-LAX-MEL), but Cathay's website claims they don't even do flights from LGA to MEL nor LAX to MEL. What's going on?

bgaesop Welcome to the forum
The web site tool is a general guide only and not the replacement for airline ffp web site
Cathay do not fly LGA-PIT-LAX-MEL. With Cathay you need to fly via Hong Kong if on CX aircraft or a partner of CX Asiamiles ffp.
So using Asiamiles LGA-PIT-LAX-MEL could be LGA-PIT-LAX on AA and then LAX-MEL on QF. I recall CX charge point to point for each leg (but I could be wrong)

Would love to see someone taking over this work as it is missing a bunch of airlines that are useful to me!

Hey Everyone,
First and foremost, my apologies for not being more active on this thread or in development of the tool. This project was a hobby from the start, and unfortunately my full time job and other huge hobby of traveling for free got in the way.
However, I was able to make a few updates to the tool over the weekend.
- I removed the US Airways award charts, may they rest in peace
- I updated the Life Miles Award charts to reflect the changes from late last year
- I added in a few tool tips to help explain things
Glad everyone seems to be getting some good use out of the tool. Keep the feedback coming and I'll try my best to be more active in development.

Awesome tool
This is a great tool! Thank you so much for sharing.
Any chance to have AC chart in there?
Also, for YVR-YYZ it says that AA has service. This is wrong, I suggest checking all intra-Canada flights for this (WS has service and is a earn partner in AAdvantage, but there's no redemption on WS metal).
I might be wrong, but I think that LY lets you book award on WS, B6, DL, and AA. So it might be handy to include them.
Thanks again, this was a great idea!

Why Delta isn't on the FlyerMiler Tool
Short answer? They suck for travel hackers!

Just came across this useful site. Thanks for creating it. I really hope you can keep it updated as the airlines' FF programs go through their various devaluations and other changes. But I realize you've got a regular job to do and and life to live.
