I wonder if the guys who run it are finding it difficult to give it as much attention as they used to? The lack of feedback from them would seem to indicate that might be the case.

Star Alliance searches seem to be working fine now but still not finding Oneworld flights.

Doesn't look very good does it?

Now BA have modernised their redemption search tool the need for Awardtravelr isn't as great for me as it used to be. Still miss it though.

when I search SFO > LGA 25/12 for 4 seats it comes up with UA671 as a non stop flight (as does Lifemiles) however UA's website, Google, kayak etc claim it stops in DEN.

Which should I believe?

I've now changed my stance on this.

Months later and still no public feedback from the owners regarding the Oneworld search problems.
Considering they ask for donations which some people might give only to find the tool doesn't do what it promises is a bit below the belt.

Until they sort the problems out the site should be closed....or at the very least users should be made aware that the tool doesn't fully function.

Interesting tool. There is a new tool called flisea.com as well, that can search *A awards. Maybe the owner of this tool felt it wasn;t worth continuing to maintain this without more remuneration. It seels flisea will use a freemium model.
