Access USB drive simultenously from 2 PC's?

Is there a way to share a USB thumb drive simultenously from 2 PC's? I am often at customer sites where security prevent me from plugging my laptop into their LAN and need a temporary shared storage to transfer files.

Google USB AB switch, they cost like $12 - $15. It's a manual thing so you need to press a button to go from A to B, but it's easier then constantly plugging and unplugging it. Only one can access it at a time though, but it may work for you.

All you want to do is transfer files off one of their PC's on the LAN to your PC (not on the LAN)?

You could try using a USB file copy cable like this one:

Looks like very good option. Does it create a shared drive on both computers?
