Proposal and Contract Administration Software Advice Needed
 

I've recently been put in charge of coordinating proposals (up to 7 people are involved in completing an RFI). Does anyone have experience with proposal software? I'm currently looking at Sant.



I'm also now responsible for managing contracts for our customers, and vendors. For vendors, we need to make sure that the vendors have active insurance policies, and that we re-check them before the policy end date. There will be up to 15 people that will need to add contracts to the system, and update insurance information information. We have approximately 30 customers and 150 vendors.

We have one contract with each customer
We have perhaps 700 contracts with our vendors (a contract is specific to a customer and vendor)

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding contract management software? Or do you use something like homegrown via SharePoint?
