I can't seem to find any specs on LUMENS. And that's pretty darn important. I would love to have a super-compact LCD projector. But I don't want to sacrifice on the lumens. Somewhere I saw an unofficial reference to 500 lumens. (Compare that to a standard entry-level Epson which is around 2000.)
Also, the fact that you cannot replace the LED lamp (when it burns out at 10,000 hours) seems like a problem. |

These tiny projectors are never going to replace the luggable ones that are way, way brighter.
But that's not what they're for. If I knew I would have to show something, I wouldn't want one. If I had a 5% chance I might have to show something (in a dark room), but didn't know when, they might become more interesting. |
