bb issues. how to fix it
 

Warranty is up so I can't exchange the phone
I got the 8800 with Tmobile. It sometimes turns off the radio on me. Deletes my email. Like I lost all my email up to last weeks. Is there a way to fix it? Maybe a firmware update? If so, how would I go about doing that?

Start by downloading the most recent version from the T-mobile site:

http://www.t-mobile.com/bbupgrade/

If that doesn't work (or it's the current version you are on), try wiping the device.

And if that doesn't help, then it sounds like something is messed up internally and that it might be time for a new one.
