I have a Sony video camera and 2 regular Sony cameras. They all use different huge (in comparision to an IPOD for example) AC charging power supplies. The input in each of the cameras is slighy different. What was Sony thinking? Anyone come up with a good solution to this while traveling. The cords asembiles take up a lot of space. |
The one camera brand that Kensington makes adapters for is Sony.
You might want to see if they have the adapters for your particular cameras then you could use their 120 AC/DC system to charge your laptop, cell phone, and cameras. |
If the output voltages are the same, consider making an adapter cord. Go to Radio Shack and get a one size female jack, and a male plug in the other size and make a little adapter with a couple inches of wire.
This way you carry the power supply, and just the little adapter. |
