MSN for Mac with offline msg support
 
I want a client that I can use for MSN on my Mac that will let me send messages to people who are offline (like I can with MSN msgr. for Windows).

No Adium.

I've only used it a little bit myself, but give AMSN a try:
http://www.amsn-project.net/
It definitely supports offline messaging.
