Virtuallythere.com login error - HELP!
 
In attempting to login to virtuallythere.com today, the site rejected my UAL record locator (booking reference) because it contained both letters and numbers, while the error message stated that 6-digit record locators must me all letters (i.e., contain no numbers). United's rwecord locators DO contain letters and numbers so how do I login? Thanks for help.

I think, what you need is a Sabre PNR, and not the UA reservation number.
