Recommendations: Camcorder video to DVD
 
Appreciate any recommendations on how to get a Hi8 camcorder video tape transferred to DVD for a friend? Any apps on how to edit DVDs to make own movies with digital photos would be great too. Thanks.

Can get a USB based app or a card for your desk top etc.... comes with the software to edit and do what you want. Very simple set up. Fry's or newegg sometime have them on sale very cheap.
