off topic: graphic 'mapping' software
I have seen graphic displays of how organizations and their leaders are linked together. CEO of Company A is a Board Member of Company B, ... There are circles and lines and the mapping tells a story. I don't have a link to demonstrate but I'm wondering what software creates those displays? What I want to do is take the activities of the leaders of a Political Committee and display all the other major social change activities they are involved in. I know this is off topic; I will work on the project on my laptop while traveling <smile>.

If I remember correctly, Microsoft Visio can create such charts.

Thanks, I'll check out Visio.

You might want to take a look at The Brain personal edition. There is both a free and paid version. There is a specific people relationship mapping solution described on TheBrains web site. I haven't used it in a couple years but it is easy to learn and use. It runs on Windows, Mac and Linux.
I think I'll download a copy and give it another go.... |
