New Gadgets for 2007

I'm not going to CES this year, but once you go you never get off the mailing list.
So here are a couple of products that caught my eye:
HTC P3600 – Put a HTC P3600 in the stocking and it’s sure to be a hit with the full Windows Mobile 5 experience in a pocket-sized SmartPhone that features a large 2.8” QVGA touch screen that’s perfect for watching music and video. The P3600 is UMTS/HSDPA compliant allowing for truly high-speed wireless data access so you can even stream your favorite media to your phone. Featuring a 2-megapixel camera and a secondary camera for 3G video calling, this stylish smartphone gives users up to 2 GB of optional, removable storage in the miniSD card slot.
TREO-750V –The Treo 750v is the first quad-band GSM/UMTS Treo. This exciting device runs Windows Mobile powered by a Samsung 300MHz CPU and has 128MB nonvolatile flash memory with 60 MB available for storage. With the same features that Treo owners have come to rely on, the 750V has dropped the bulky antenna to allow for a smoother, sleeker profile.
Sony Skype Mouse – For the Skype-er on the move, use the new Skype mouse for your computer or use it as a flip phone. This makes incoming calls more intimate; you can also open it halfway for speakerphone functionality. The Skype mouse has a 1m cable and comes in 5 different colors.

I'm waiting for this one to be available: Paragon Wireless Hipi-2200.

4-band GSM plus Wifi with SIP (and STUN) built in running WM5. One contact list that you can call with either VOIP or GSM from a single handset and have it select based upon the conditions that you are in...

If it works as nice as the specs show I'm in.

Well, I haven't had a chance to test it yet but I would say that so far my best gadget for the year of 2007 will probably be the apple airline cable for the macbook pro.

One major reason I will be flying US airways from now on.

I'll keep my eye out for you...I'll be the guy with the POS dell.

I have the airline adaptor to, but I rarely take my personal macbook on business trips...although I may start.

By the way, I'm not sure in-seat power makes it worth switching to US Air...most of us are pretty fed up these days.

Wow, those are some impressive specs! That looks like a great VoIP phone in and of itself.

Yeah well, no E+ seats on UA anymore (not that I have status anywhere at the moment, but how cares.), no power on any other airlines in coach so US Air is pretty much it.

Hopefully see you on one of them.

AA has seat power outlets in coach. I think every other row before the exit rows and all exit rows. Uses standard cigarette lighter plugs.
