Roland R 09 - problems with mine ... anyone else?
 

I have had this digital voice recorder since mid-June. I have used it for roughly 150 hours to record voice files. I have used both the "line" input and the "mic" input directly from sound board.

Suddenly, last week, the "line" input went dead. I switched to the "mic" input using a device to step down the signal from "line" strength to "mic" strength. Then the "mic" input stopped as well.

I am down to making relatively noisy recordings with the built in mics.

I have liked it a great deal for its many features and ease of use.

I will be sending it back to Roland US when I get home after my current trip for warranty repairs.

Has anyone else had problems with this device?
