iPod Help
 

Hi - hope someone can help. My iPod (actually it is a mini) will not update. When I plug it in to my lap top it charges just fine but I can not get it to update. I have tried deauthrorizing and reauthorizing my computer, and I'm not sure what else to do. Any suggestions?

a) Reboot your computer.
b) Reset your ipod.
