Pre-paid SIM's and languages

Does anyone know if there is a trick to getting voice mail and service messages in English using Orange France? This question could be for any service in any country I guess.

I would just ask a friend who speaks French to ring the Customer Service line and ask? (That's what I did for my Thai/One-2-Call (AIS) pre-paid SIM, the language prompts were changed instantaneously once my friend got through to an agent.)

Beware, that not all networks have support for multi-lanquage prompts....

You can still fumble your way into setting the voice mail greeting, or have someone help you.....
