Dell internal (modular) hard drive kit? Does one exist?

Ok, so for the thinkpads they have this awseome, cheap ($50) internal drive bay modular kit. Basically I can toss a standard laptop harddrive into the enclosure and use it just like a modular CD drive bay. Currently I have an external USB one size of a deck of cards, but I like the internal idea.

Here's IBM's:

I can't find anything for Dell, anybody know of anything?
