online storage

will be going to SYD/MEL next week and the girlfriend has commanded that I not take my laptop, nor spend any money on memory cards, so the only chance I have of using the same card all 2 weeks is to upload the images to a site. Is anyone aware of a cost effective file dump storage, i dont wat to reduce the image quality, so will be looking for 80Mb

You might be better off popping into an internet cafe and asking them to burn your images onto a CD. Might cost up to $10 but much more reliable.

If you're in the city centre try Kinkos at the bottom of Pitt Street or the Citymart on one of the side streets near there.

Most any photo shop in the world, drug store, etc now has a memory reader/CD burner on the counter. Put in the card, burn a CD, keep the CD.

There also quite a few $250 or so card readers that read the card and burn directly to a small hard drive 9she said no more money on memory cards, didn't say you couldn't get an image bank) that will hold 20, 50, or double that in GB. Way smaller then a laptop.
