IBM ThinkPad Memory Upgrade - pay shipping only
 

I have a 256MB DDR SDRAM SODIMM that was delivered with my T30. Its new, I removed it when I installed two 512MB SODIMMs into the laptop when I first received it from the IBM Shop. If someone has a compatible laptop and needs to upgrade memory, please post here and/or email me, Im giving it away, all I want is shipping costs to be covered.

You MIGHT want to keep it so that, heaven forbid, if you never need to ship the Thinkpad back to IBM for service you can keep your own RAM at home. That way you don't lose anything if service decides to just "replace everything".
