DVD software

My company installs an OBI on our laptops that does not have Win DVD or whatever comes with Windows 2000. So I guess I need to buy software so I can play my DVDs. What current software is best and where do I download it?

Make sure you either have administrator privileges in Win2K or a friend in IS or you won't be able to install the software.

Thanks all. Now can someone answer why http://www.orionstudios.com/DVDFeatures.html is $39.99 and the WinDVD is $129.99? Why the difference?
