Load AOL emails to Sharefile

Slightly OT.

For professional reasons have to upload about 50 emails directly from my computer to a site called Sharefile ( secure, password protected) that can be viewed and commented by a group.

Have AOL, after 70 minutes and three techs ( two just wandered away mid point:mad) was told there is no way. The legality does not allow "forwarding " emails.

I was asked if I could put it in Outlook. Don't know how, what.... Or create a folder on the desktop and transfer all emails into it and then send it as an attachment.

The emails cannot be copied nor dragged.

Any fixes ?

Getting ready to dump AOL, getting too costly with terrible service.
Thanks.

I've never used AOL, so I can't speak directly to its functionality. Are these emails attachment-free, containing only text (or formatted text)?

If yes, an option would be to print them to PDF, assuming the AOL email client supports printing. You could then upload the resulting PDF file(s) so ShareFile. An excellent PDF "print driver" is PDFCreator. I've been using it for many years.

There is probably an option to enable IMAP for your AOL account. That will let you use Outlook, Thunderbird, or another standalone email program to view your emails.

Thank you both. PDFCreator is for purchase. This is a one time occurance so will pass. Aol mails can be printed. Ones I have have no attachments.

Will download IMAP and experiment later.

PDFCreator has a free version.

The Business version has a few additional bells and whistles, but I haven't needed them, and you certainly won't for the problem you've described.

I prefer CutePDF. But there are lots of choices out there.

If all you want is to print to PDF, Chrome has a built in PDF printer option.

I have some AOL 500 hours free disks if you need them. :D
