There are various way to get an Airline API. You should consider out of below option based on what you want to offer to customers.
**GDS based API:**you can acquire APIs from any GDS like Amadeus or Sabre or Travelport. But in order to issue tickets using their API you would need IATA accreditation. Also, GDS don't have any of the LCC airlines.
Aggregateors based API:There are various suppliers available in the market which can get you flight tickets through their APIs, They provider you fares aggregating from multiple GDSs and LCC airlines. Based on those suppliers they may ask you to have IATA certification.
Meta search Engines: you can consider using meta search engines like Skyscanner or Cheap flights, Hotels and Rental cars to get flight tickets from multiple partners and drive bookings through their website. You're not required to have IATA in this case since booking would be done through different sites.
