I've tried everything to get my ipass logon to work on AA gogo--- its a no-go either using the ipass app or trying to type in my logon (my ipass email is simply too long)- the only way it works is with AA panasonic
Can someone confirm how they got AA gogo to work? did they use the ipass app or did they use credentials that are short enough to type in?

i waited too long to renew and now the plus subscription is no longer available -- looks like they reached their maximum number of users and have started a waiting list. i don't think it was like this last week (when my subscription was about to run out).

Just realized they do no work with Gogo. Had good success using them last month on a SQ international flight and was having trouble yesterday/today on an AA domestic flight with Gogo. Reached out to iPass customer support and they told me the same as Jimmyz1, that Airline Checkins did not purchase the Gogo package.
Would be nice if this was a little more transparent.
Not sure if I am going to renew as I don't have any other international travel lined up, flip side is when it does work it pays for itself in a single use...

How does one know that in-flight wifi is not included / or are on the basic plan??
Update: Apparently they are not issuing any more Plus subscriptions - received the following via e-mail today:
" The AirlineCheckins + Package was initially only available as part of a test procedure. Since this test run is now finished, we are currently working with our partners on the new conditions for the inflight WiFi and the extension of the offer with possible other services. Therefore, you cannot purchase or extend the A+ package at the moment.
However our Basic Package is still available. We apologize for the inconvenience."
