Bose QC15 wty exchange in Paris

The headband on my Bose QC15 headphones is delaminating and leaving black acne on my son's neck. Our next stop is the 15th arrondissement in Paris. Does anyone know if there is somewhere in the quartier where I can exchange the headset under its warranty?

Bose has a store at 99 Rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris. Phone: +33 1 42 21 06 50.

Perfect, thanks.

I'm pretty good in French in general, but I'm at a loss as to how to describe this particular problem to ask about an exchange. I'll probably just throw them in a backpack and stop by the shop.

I managed to explain the problem. It turns out the warranty applies to the electronics but not the headband. The man I talked to suggested wrapping some material around the defective part and sewing it together.

I was going to suggest Tenacious Tape as a cheap fix, but it looks like an actual replacement headband is available for $30: http://a.co/5Acaznh

Great, thanks. My wife assures me she can improvise something for our return flights.

I happened to walk past the shop this afternoon. It's in the mall at the Louvre.
