CPH Travel Wifi

https://cphtravelwifi.dk/

I am starting with US Mobile/iPass: see http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trave...wifi-plan.html

However, I badly want the CPH Travel Wifi. I have tried to purchase several times but their web rejects the CVV of my (USA corporate) Visa.

I sent emails to CPH support but no response. In a DL thread, someone reported their Belgium cc was accepted. Anyone know another way to get at this?

I have yet to find them on Twitter so I may resort to using Skype to call CPH if that would actually help.

I tried and seem to have had the same issue. If you find a cure I sure would appreciate knowing it.

I have exchanged several emails with Mobilise support who have their own program in addition to the CPH Travel Wifi.

So far I am still not able to use a USA CC. This turns out to be good news in the sense that while the Mobilise app does a good job connecting with various 'hotspots' it does not, at least for now, provide access to premium in-flight Wifi. I say this after trying on domestic (LAX) and international DL flights (PVG).

See http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...avel-wifi.html

AA only on some flights

I've been using CPH for several months and it works great, I've noticed that AA is hit and miss but several providers around Europe work well particular Lufthansa. Eithiad and Emirates work a treat as well. Long this offer continue because it is great value you just need to check availability of inflight with your airline before you purchase.

US Credit Cards

Does anyone know if US Credit Cards are now possible?

CPH prices have been jumping up and down in the last few months, not sure what has been going on but they look to be stable now and still presenting good value, partixupartithe 6 month plan.

CPH Travel WiFI / Mobilise

Hi All, for those interested, I received an e-mail from CPH Support that CPH Travel WiFi is no longer available for purchase for technical reasons. They recommended the use of Mobilize hotspots ( www.mobilisehotspots.com ) as an alternative, it seems to be good and they also have competitive annual subscriptions, while cph had a maximum of 6 months.

If anyone is looking for a short-term solution, Global Connect https://netflights.globalconnectwifi.com/ sells monthy passes for 10 GBP (11 Euros / 12 USD)
Seems to be the same website type provider as CPHwifi of Mobilise

Any idea if this netflights globalconnectwifi will work with American Airlines? I have three flights Friday and would be worth it for those alone. I think they use Panasonic but also GoGo is supported on some planes. Thanks.

I signed up for Mobilise last month. Worked very well on my international flights on LH (did not work on AA Gogo or Viasa) and unfortunately did not get the log in credentials in time to try it on an AA Panasonic flight. That was perhaps the only snafu in the whole experience. Took about 24 hours to get the iPass credential emailed, so don't wait too last minute.

Was interesting though as when my month was up I was getting emails from both Global Connect Wifi and Mobilise which makes me think they are related entities and also to question what the difference is other than the later is a few bucks more each month.

I'm actually using the mobilese on a Panasonic equipped AA flight right now(see above for airplanes)
I was able to follow this Blog to extract my username and password (that way u don't have to wait for an email)
The annoying thing is I think I still will need my gogo subscription to cover planes with viasat (not sure about those with gogo but I will try later this month)
p.s. the global connect site refused to take my credit cards

Thanks
