USMobile $10 Inflight & Boingo WiFi Plan
A couple days ago USMobile launched a WiFi Plan that gives access to almost all domestic and international inflight wifi including GoGo and Panasonic. This seems like a great alternative for those who don’t have T-Mobile or want to use a larger device, also much cheaper than direct GoGo plans.
It also includes Boingo Hotspots found in many airports, and other worldwide normally pay-wifi. It’s $6/month with a promo code. The caveat is it can only be used on ONE device, however you can change the device if you need to.
They are reselling individual iPass memberships to accomplish this.

Just looked at the web page, and this deal seems too good to be true.
Is this unlimited? I would not expect breakneck speed, but this seems very cheap compared to anything else I've seen.

Not looking for breakneck speed. Having access to Google Maps on the ground would be nice. Inflight check email once in a while since I normally watch movies. Keep up with FT.

Just wanted to give an update:
My experience was very smooth. It seems they are reselling indivisible memberships to iPass as you download and configure the iPass app.
Firstly, at MCO which normally has a check box sign in before it connects connected immediately which was very cool and smooth. Also while I don’t know if it was because of this service or the airport upgraded it’s WiFi, the internet speed tested much faster than normal. I also connected to a boingo wifi hotspot in Detroit, it also just automatically connected without the need to go through a portal.
Now for the inflight GoGo, after 10,000 on an MD-90 it recognized the wifi and the iPass app went through a login procedure, within the app it brought up a Captcha screen and logged me in right after, it was seamless and worked as expected with no issues.
This was on an iPad and iPhone so it seems this service works very well on iOS devices.

Leaving Monday, so will probably do this tomorrow.
A note on your handle:
Wasn't it Sir Arthur Conan Doyle that was knighted? I read the books in translation before I learned English (have English books now and always meant to reread) so I could be wrong. Of course Sir ACD may have had Mr. Holmes knighted

My guess form the posts that it would be iPass.

iPass SmartConnect
but in order to have it configured correctly you should use the link that directs you to the App Store from the registration site after you sign up.
Good detective work my dear Watson.
The character Sherlock Holmes was never knighted within any of the stories, however mention to Sherlock being knighted was brought up in short story “The Adventures of the Three Garridebs” the mention was that Sherlock actually refused Knighthood by the Queen for undescribesd services. I chose the name aalthough technically a false title it was catchy and Sherlock Holmes was already taken.

Thanks again for posting and even more so for first hand report ^

Ok. Once you sign up and download the iPass client with their link, how do you login into the client. It simply tells me my company is not an iPass client even though I signed up for an active US Mobile account.
Also, any way to sign up for automatic renewal?

Asked how to login to the app. Chatted for 25 minutes. Never got an answer and still not into the app. Keep getting the same 'invalid company' error. Customer "support" says there is no such error. What a joke!
Best I can figure out online is that you have to register your device inside your US Mobile account before going into the app. Some people have said there is a delay in registering your device with US Mobile before that info is passed along to iPass. Not sure if that is true or how any of this works to be honest. And I am a pretty tech savvy person...I think.
Also, they did say "no auto-renewal right now". So maybe in the future?

Just chatted with US Mobile customer "support". What a huge mistake that was!

Try this and see if it works:
1. Login to your USMobile account on the device in which iPass is installed.
2. Click “WiFi Plan 1”
3. Scroll down to “Having Trouble”
4. Under “Downloaded the device but having configuration problems
(like being asked for a company email?)” click the “this page” link.
5. Click the “Renew WiFi Plan button”
