Fare alert program / site / app

Can someone recommend a fare alert where I can set an alert for a particular class of service (Business, First etc), a maximum fare payable (preferably including tax / fees) for a certain city-pair (preferably with the option to add nearby airports)?

Essentially something like Matrix does, but the alert would trigger ONLY if my criteria are met.

Is there some beast like that in the zoo?

If you want a specific class of service, Google Flight Alerts might be of use.

If you want a specific class of ticket, then Matrix is the necessary tool - although I'm not sure it can manage it without EF too.

Skyscanner do useful alerts, including for specific classes of travel, one way and return (not multi city). Won't trigger on price < target, but will trigger on price change.
