Cheap Battery Cases?
Never seriously considered them. Usually make it through a day okay from full charge in the morning.
But I do have some battery packs, which I've used sometimes during trips, when I'm typically away from the hotel all day. I usually just plug in the packs and throw the phone or iPad and the battery in my messenger bag. But now, there are a lot of no-name brands, with some good reviews on Amazon, going for 1/3 or even 1/4 of the name brands like Mophie or Apple, such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01I1DAR2I...O1HT7LUF&psc=1 Price is a no-brainer but I actually like the wallet style cases I have to cover up the screen so I can throw in my bag and not worry about it getting scratched up. Of course these battery cases increases the thickness and the weigh of the phone but do not cover up the screen. Anyone use these off-brand battery cases? |
Not sure what phone you have, but I trust Anker batteries. FYI, not affiliated with Anker in any way.. I use their battery packs, travel 4 port USB chargers, and other things including their cables..

I have an Anker pack too.
Very nice but now they're a premium brand with premium pricing. I think their battery case is like $60-70. It has MFI certification but not sure the price premium is worth it. |
